“Thank you for the hope.”

- World Species Congress Attendee

The World Species Congress, hosted by Reverse the Red, amplified our collective conservation efforts and facilitated critical connections to accelerate our impact for species.

Whether you watched 10 minutes or 10 hours, or are just now learning about the World Species Congress, you belong in this coalition committed to accelerating successful strategies to achieve Target 4 of the Biodiversity Plan: halting extinctions, reversing declines, and recovering populations.

What took place on May 15th, 2024 was historic and has never been achieved by such a diverse and global community. All 24-hours of the Congress have been made available for you online. You'll find 24-hours of hope, of successful strategies, and of examples we can replicate in our own context. You'll learn from incredible experts, taxa, and sectors that may be new to you but all with the common goal of recovering biodiversity. We hope you can watch, learn, and engage in the tools brought together for the Congress. The videos and resources will remain live here until September 1.
